MICHAEL J. FOX JOINS COLDPLAY FOR RECORD-BREAKING GLASTONBURY PERFORMANCE AND UNFORGETTABLE SOCIAL EXPERIMENT!

Last Saturday marked a groundbreaking moment as Coldplay performed at the historic Pyramid Stage at the Glastonbury Festival for the first time, despite headlining the event five times previously. Since 2002, Coldplay has repeatedly returned to Worthy Farm at various high points in their career, with its revered pop fields quietly becoming a backdrop to their musical journey. For the band, Glastonbury has transformed from merely a festival into something of a home base.

Coldplay’s headline performance on Saturday at Glastonbury, their first after the longest break from the festival yet, was filled with special guests and memorable moments.

As Coldplay performed the iconic ballad “Fix You,” the voices of 100,000 fans at Glastonbury joined in a powerful chorus. The concert, featuring a poignant appearance by Michael J. Fox alongside Coldplay, quickly went viral, amassing over 1.5 million views in just one day.

Michael, who has Parkinson’s disease and uses a wheelchair, took to Instagram to share his excitement: “In case you were wondering…Holy cow, it was just incredible. You can always count on finding the perfect band when you need them. Let @coldplay shine.” During the climax of “Fix You,” Michael delivered a remarkable leg kick, thrilling fans and earning widespread admiration for his resilience and passion for music.

“The main reason why we’re in a band is because of watching Back to the Future,” frontman Chris Martin (aged 47) said after a spectacular final chorus, taking a minute to salute the living great. Mr. Michael J. Fox, you will always be remembered as our eternal hero. Our hero, Michael, you are tremendously appreciated.
