If you’re still a Democrat in the Trump era, your days — and that of your party, at least as you know it — are numbered, according to shocking new poll results. CNN chief data analyst Harry Enten stated during a Thursday segment there is a “revolt within the Democratic Party,” and that “sirens should be going off” in Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer’s (D-NY) office due to concerning polling results.

“This, I think, is a revolt, a revolt that is going on within the Democratic Party right now, Democrats and their leaders,” Enten said on CNN News Central on Thursday. Recently released Gallup poll results indicate that only 39% of Democrats trust their party’s Congressional leaders to make the right decisions regarding the economy, a significant decrease from 80% in April 2024.

“Holy Toledo!” Enten said about the new survey. “That is the lowest number by far in Gallup polling, the lowest previous was just 60%, which is 21 points higher than this. Democrats hate, hate, hate, hate what their congressional leaders are doing in Washington right now on the key issue of the day right now, the economy.”

Enten focused on Schumer, noting new data from Siena College that shows his favorability rating among New York Democrats has dropped from 73% in April 2024 to 52% today. “That is the lowest I could ever find and see on Sienna College on how Democrats in Chuck Schumer’s home state view him. And keep in mind, if you’re thinking about a primary challenge, it would be a few years away,” he said, adding that Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY), who reports say is mulling a primary against Schumer, currently has a higher favorability rating.

“I never thought I’d see the day in which just 52% of New York Democrats would view Chuck Schumer unfavorably. It’s almost unfathomable,” said Enten. Polling by Marist University shows that support for Schumer as leader in the Senate among New York Democrats dropped from 50% in 2024 to 48% this month. “This screams-siren should be going off: ‘primary challenge, primary challenge, primary challenge!’ When you’re a Democrat in New York and these are your ratings, this is a big wake-up call if you’re Chuck Schumer.

Seems that after years of Democrats pushing racism, hate, division, sexual exploitation of children, transgender this and that, tax-and-spend, overregulation, censorship, and — did we mention hate? — a growing majority of Americans have had enough of the most destructive political movement in the history of the nation.
