Saleslady Kicks Poor Old Woman Out of Luxury Store, Cop Brings Her Back Later – Story of the Day

Kerry, a grandmother living on her pension, wanted to buy a dress for her granddaughter Anne’s prom, despite Anne insisting she didn’t care about attending. Determined, Kerry visited a luxury boutique, where she was met with prejudice by the saleslady, Sandra, who belittled her and suggested she shop elsewhere. Hurt and humiliated, Kerry left the store in tears.

Outside, a young police officer named George noticed her distress and offered his help. After hearing her story, George accompanied Kerry back to the store, where he confronted the manager about Sandra’s behavior. With George’s support, Kerry was able to buy a beautiful dress for Anne, even receiving a discount due to the complaint. George even paid for part of the dress.

On prom night, Kerry surprised Anne with the dress and introduced her to George, who had come as her prom date. Despite her initial embarrassment, Anne accepted, and the two had a wonderful evening. Seven years later, Anne and George got married, proving Kerry’s belief that prom could indeed change lives
